Dr. Vincent ROUESSAC, CNRS Research Scientist, has a 28 years experience in materials, synthesis and characterization, among which 23 years at IEM on plasmas, both for surface modifications and PECVD materials. His current main topic is the synthesis and characterization of new hybrid and inorganic PECVD films for gas separative membranes. He is also specialized in the static and dynamic characterizations of deposited thin films: open nanoporosity and swelling, surface affinity studied by thin films characterization techniques coupled with vapor adsorption, gas transfers and perm-selectivities. He is co-author of more than 80 peer-reviewed articles (cited >1000 times; H=21), 5 book chapters, 28 personnal communications in national and international conferences and workshops. He (co-)supervised 8 Ph.D.
