Après avoir reçu un doctorat en physique (sous la direction du Dr. T. Baron) de l’Université de Grenoble (Joseph Fourier, 2008), et effectué un postdoctorat au Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) avec le professeur C. A. Ross, Karim Aissou est devenu Chercheur au CNRS en 2013. K. A. a été recruté au Laboratoire de Chimie des Polymeres Organiques (LCPO) en tant que Chargé de Recherche pour travailler avec le professeur G. Hadziioannou sur l’auto-assemblage dirigé (DSA) de films minces en copolymère à blocs (BCP). K. A. travaille désormais au sein de l’IEM sur l’auto-assemblage de membranes à base de BCP pour des applications dans les batteries, la filtration, etc.
