Laurence SOUSSAN est ingénieure de Phelma-INPG (anciennement Enseeg-INPG) et a obtenu son doctorat en Génie des procédés et Environnement en 2009 à l’INSA de Toulouse. Après un ATER à l’INSA de Toulouse et un post-doctorat au LGC de Toulouse, elle est recrutée en tant que maître de conférences à l’ENSCM (Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Montpellier). Elle y est responsable de l’option de dernière année CBD2 (Chimie et Bioprocédés pour un Développement Durable) ainsi que des modules Industrialisation des procédés. Ses recherches portent sur le développement de nouveaux procédés microbiens pour la valorisation du dioxyde de carbone et du méthane, mais aussi sur l’évaluation des performances et la compréhension des mécanismes d’action de nouveaux procédés de désinfection plus durables (domaines eau et santé).
