Marie-Pierre BELLEVILLE

Marie-Pierre Belleville est titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur en Sciences et technologies des Industries Alimentaires. Elle a obtenu son Doctorat en Biochimie, Biologie Cellulaire et Moléculaire en 1991 (Université de Montpellier 2) et une Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches (HDR) en Génie des Procédés en 2001 (Université de Montpellier 2). Elle est actuellement Maitre de Conférences HC à l’Ecole Polytechnique Universitaire de Montpellier 2 (Polytech’Montpellier) où elle est responsable de 2 Unités d’Enseignement en génie des procédés au sein du département Sciences et Technologies des Industries Alimentaires ; elle est également responsable des UE « stages industriels » pour les étudiants de ce même département. Concernant les aspects recherche, elle a rejoint l’UMR ENSCM / UM2 / CNRS 5635 (aujourd’hui Institut Européen des Membranes (IEM)) dès sa création en 1994. Ses recherches sont principalement centrées sur les procédés de séparation membranaires (NF, UF, MF, Evaporation membranaire, …) pour le traitement de fluides biologiques ou alimentaires (procédés de clarification, purification, concentration…) d’une part et sur la conception et l’étude de réacteurs enzymatiques à membrane destinés à la synthèse de molécules de haute valeur ajoutée, mais aussi pour le traitement d’effluents d’autre part. Ses travaux ont fait l’objet de plus de 60 publications dans des revues à comité de lecture.
