Thierry THAMI est chargé de recherche au CNRS. Il reçoit le titre de docteur en chimie de l’Université Paris 6 en 1992 à l’ESPCI. Il est titulaire d’un diplôme d’Ingénieur de l’Ecole Supérieure de Physique et de Chimie Industrielles (ESPCI) Paris (1988). Durant sa thèse, il développe des complexes métallo-organiques originaux pour l’optique non-linéaire. Il rejoint le CNRS en 1993 où il travaille à l’ESPCI Paris. Il est intéressé par les capteurs chimiques à membrane sélectifs aux ions de type ISFET. Depuis 2002, il travaille à Montpellier au sein de l’Institut Européen des membranes. Il est chimiste et intéressé par la recherche et le développement de nouveaux systèmes de membranes et de capteurs. Il est auteur/co-auteurs de 17 publications dans des journaux internationaux à comité de lecture et de 2 brevets.
